Main HouseOnly available between June 1st to October 15th. Rental of the Main House includes El Roble, El Cedro, and El Bamboo and rents for $500.00 USD daily including all applicable taxes. It is based on double occupancy per accommodation for 8 people and twin sofa beds for an additional 4. Additional: Las Aves would accommodate another 5 people that could be included for an additional $100.00 USD daily. A $500.00 USD refundable damage deposit is required with rental of multiple accommodations in the complex.
ConditionsDaily rates are in US dollars and include all applicable taxes. Rates are based on two-person occupancy with $20.00 USD per extra person per night. To assure reservations, a 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation of reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. Monies are refundable if property is re-rented minus 10%.
